So what do I mean about waking up the pain management? Well, there are so many different types of pain to manage in our life. There are an abundance of options to relieve all sorts of pain.
But what about the pain involved in just the day to day ‘stuff’ we put up with daily?
You know what I mean; the pain involved with every decision you make each day about what the meals for the day will be, what you will advise a child as they ask their multitude of daily questions. We feel so much more than physical pain. We involve our entire physical and emotional health in most of the decisions we make each day. So, why is that??
Making a Choice
Pain Management…..ok. Let’s get some answers. We all have stress surrounding our lives….but that is definitely based on our perception and emotional reaction to stress. We can CHOOSE not to feel that stress that seems to surround us. We can CHOOSE to stay calm and peaceful inside…we can CHOOSE that.
But more times than not…we get just as physically involved in the stressful situations as we do emotionally involved.
How Do You Talk to Yourself?
There is so much that can be said about how we allow our minds to talk to us. We could be under the impression that we control all of those conversations…but if we truly did why aren’t we all living in joy, bliss and unlimited abundance?? If we talked to ourselves like we really loved ourselves, we could not help but prosper through life, living the joyful life we are meant to.
Abundance has a multitude of definitions. It is our responsibility to ourselves to find out what that looks like for us….work toward it and conquer that gremlin that is blocking the abundant life to come to fruition!
OK…let’s start the journey TODAY…here are TWO things to begin the journey of CHANGE in your life.
TWO Things to Wake Up Pain Management in Your Life:
Begin each day with making a note of what you are grateful for.
How many days do you open your eyes first thing and think…ughh..what do I have to do today….ughh….it’s too cold…it’s too hot….I need to lose weight….yadda yadda yadda. From today forward, open your eyes and say three things you are grateful for. Don’t make it difficult…if you can’t come up with three things right away (that is ok. some days are just more difficult than others) start with being grateful for the air you have to breath. It really can be that simple. Just get the energy of being grateful around you. The rest will just happen. Begin to practice being grateful.
Become aware of any negative thought that comes into your mind.
This one will be an awakening like you have never experienced before. We as humans are wired to think negative as a protective mechanism. It is not that we naturally think bad thoughts, it is just that protection from the outside world makes our brains think in a more negative/less trusting way. Start to live life looking at the glass half full. Make sense? When you start to detect any negative thought, say to yourself “delete, delete” to get that thought out of your energy field!
Let the journey of change begin. Wake up Your Pain Management!
Blessings and Hugs,
